Through a combination of passive and active exercises as well as stretching techniques, you’ll improve your flexibility, range of motion, and posture.

FLUID integrates mobility and activation into smooth, functional movement patterns. Through yoga-style flows, primal sequences, and dynamic transitions, this phase builds coordination, control, and effortless movement. It’s where everything comes together for a more fluid, capable body.

UNLOCKED focuses on creating space and improving mobility through gentle static and dynamic movements. Each session targets key areas—shoulders, spine, hips, and lower body—to increase range and ease of motion. The goal is simple: move with intention and improve how your body feels.

REWIRE

REWIRE activates the smaller, stabilizing muscles that support strong, efficient movement. Using PT-inspired drills and corrective exercises, this phase wakes up the glutes, core, and upper-body stabilizers. Expect subtle but powerful movements that build better control and alignment.

Mondrian 30

Stretching has been reported to improve performance of functional tasks (i.e. jump, sprint, stretchshortening cycle tasks). Mondrian 30 will use a series of dynamic movements to relax, unwind, and nourish the body and soul. These exercises will introduce dynamic techniques to lengthen and restore muscles.
